These Terms govern use of the TealScribe website and submission of a reading request.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

Reading requests

Submitting a request does not guarantee that it will be accepted or that you will receive a Deep Reading.

TealScribe may decide which requests to accept and how far a reading should continue.

Nature of the service

TealScribe provides private spiritual and interpretive readings drawing on Vedic Astrology, deep meditation, and the Akashic Records.

A reading may discuss possibilities, patterns, timing, or future developments, but no particular event or outcome is guaranteed.

Readings are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice. You remain responsible for decisions you make in your own life.

Information you provide

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Please do not submit another person’s private information unless you have their permission or another lawful basis to do so.

Complimentary pilot

The website is currently operating as a limited pilot, and a limited number of readings may be offered without charge.

Availability may change or close at any time. Submission of a request does not create an entitlement to a complimentary reading.

Privacy

Personal information submitted through the site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Website and reading content

The website, readings, designs, written material, and other TealScribe content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

A reading is provided for the recipient’s personal use. It may not be commercially reproduced or presented as TealScribe’s work for another person without permission.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the service as the pilot develops.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TealScribe is not responsible for losses arising from decisions made solely in reliance on a reading or from interruptions, errors, or temporary unavailability of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
