Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
TealScribe respects the privacy of the people who request a reading through this website.
Information we collect
When you request a reading, we may collect:
- your full name;
- birth date;
- birth place;
- birth time, if you choose to provide it;
- email address; and
- basic technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
If you join the waitlist while requests are paused, we collect your email address and whether you would consider a paid Deep Reading.
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies or trackers. Your browser stores a small amount of information on your device, without your personal details, to remember that you have already submitted a request or joined the waitlist and, on a reading page, that you have seen its welcome screen and your place in the recording.
How we use your information
We use this information to:
- review your request;
- prepare and deliver your reading if your request is accepted;
- communicate with you about your request or reading;
- let you know when requests reopen;
- operate, secure, and improve the service; and
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Service providers
We may use service providers to host the website, store information, send communications, and operate the service. They may process personal information as needed to provide those services.
Your reading and birth details
Birth details and readings are treated as private. Reading access is provided through a private link sent to the email address associated with the request. Anyone with the link can open your reading, so please keep it private.
Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including providing the service, maintaining appropriate operational records, protecting the service, and meeting applicable legal obligations.
Your choices
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw consent for future processing where applicable.

TealScribe is intended for people aged 18 or older.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current version.
